Usually not shouting and cursing brings a lot more help :-)

The dataformat itself is described in [1]. The configuration of the 
fields itself is identical to TCA [2], only in the shape of XML.

Together with the flexforms you can find in extensions and in the core 
you probably have enough inspiration to create a flexform of your own.
