[TYPO3-mvc] Flexforms

Hello everybody

Please does ANYBODY here know where to find some friggin documentation for any way of a flexform implementation into 6.1 ?

I've made a simple extension in extension builder (already that was poorly documented) and now I need to add a flexform to the plugin configuration.
have no idea where to start, as because the official documentation DOES NOT INCLUDE IT
I mean - why produce something that's not well documented? :( *angryface*
