[TYPO3-mvc] New caching issue 4.6.1: injectCacheFactory()

Hey Till,


we also have encountered the error "PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member 
function injectCacheFactory() on a non-object in 
/t3lib/cache/class.t3lib_cache_factory.php on line 66" - could you fix 
yours, or is it still there? What did you do?
We don't have the other errors (line 64/65), we only have this fatal error.
