[TYPO3-mvc] FLOW3 Form API backport

Hi list,

There are two projects up and running now:
"Form Base" (the backported extension) on Forge and 
"FLOW3.FormBackporter" on github, so if anyone else wants to join this, 
you know where to find me. What does it take to put both of this on 
git.typo3.org? I think it actually belongs there.
