[TYPO3-mvc] How to increase extbase object cache lifetime?

hi everybody,

I tried to increase the extbase object cache lifetime - as far as i know 
default is 3600 seconds.

therefore i found/tried the extension extbase_cache_configurator, but i 
guess it is not compatible to the caching framework which is activated 
since 4.6 per default.

can anybody tell me what the easieast way to increase extbase object 
cache lifetime for my extension is? thanks.

i use TYPO3 4.6.3.
