[TYPO3-mvc] [RFC] Keeping FLOW3 Compatibility

Hey @all,

I just discussed the topic with the FLOW3 / Phoenix team during the
Daily Scrum, and will build up a wiki page which contains some more
details about the parts which are in sync and which parts are not in sync.

This page will then also contain some detailed usage instructions, and
we can then discuss this further :-)
