[TYPO3-mvc] RFC: ETM dates

Hi all,

in the Extbase Team Meeting we decided that a 14-day-cycle makes it 
easier for most of us to join.

We've set up a doodle poll with some of the most important options 
(preferred cycle, preferred day, preferred time).
