Thanks for taking care, but did you see my comment from 4 weeks ago:
"Yes, this was fixed with https://review.typo3.org/#change,2434 after 
discussion in the mailing lists.
It was also applied to the 3.1 branch three weeks ago"

It's the third log entry in the extbase_1-3 branch [1]
Or did I miss something?
