[TYPO3-mvc] Better quoting should bring some performance

Don't think it should be a huge (at all noticable?) difference in speed.
But it might make life easier for some RDBMS that don't handle
type-conversions that (over-)flexible as MySQL.

So in general I like the idea. Could you submit it to gerrit so we don't
loose track?
