[TYPO3-mvc] Backendmodules are always shown - patch proposal included

there should already be a ticket and patch on forge for this. The 
problem for solving this nicely is, that there has to be done a change 
in TYPO3 core in order to allow Extbase to apply access checks for it's 
extensions. See according ticket. I applied both patches (xclassed the 
core) and it's working like a charm for me.
