[TYPO3-mvc] RFC #7937: Bug: missing isCached property for the request

Problem:
Since 14.10.2008, a method is available in TYPO3 4.3.0 to retrieve whether a plugin is in cached or non-cached mode:

There's currently no way to get this information from a Controller.
