[TYPO3-mvc] Strange performance problem - a lot of databasequeries

I'd say the later - patch it for 1.2.0 and revert it for 1.3.0 and 
implement the clean solution. It's kind of a show stopper to cause heavy 
unnecessary db load - so better fix that issue for 1.2.0 and clean it 
up/get in sync with FLOW3 for 1.3.0 again.
