The patch works fine. IMO the root cause of the problem is the timing of 
_memorizeCleanState(). Karsten already fixed this issue in FLOW3.

This clean solution requires some refactoring in Extbase. But we are 
running out of time for Extbase 1.2 as there are still some issues to 
fix. So what to do now?

- postpone this to Extbase 1.3.0 and implement a clean solution
- apply the patch of Xavier and Lienhart and keep their solution for 
upcoming versions
- apply the patch of Xavier and Lienhart and revert it for 1.3.0
