[TYPO3-mvc] Simple Extension Base

You are right. That's what the book about Extbase and Fluid which we
wrote tries to archive. Unfortunately, it is only in German (but that
was the decision of the Publisher, not of us). As they have the rights
to start a translation of the book within a few months of the german
release date, you should petition them so they consider the english
translation :-)

In general, we know that Documentation is still the weak part of
Extbase. Now, as the book is finished, I have time again to coordinate
the creation of an up-to-date reference for example.

We already have an API doc inside:

We'd just need to put it online.
