[TYPO3-mvc] Exception with fluid 1.1.0, typo3-4.3.4

Hey,

I know that this issue only occurs in TYPO3 4.3; and there was some
heavy backporting of Extbase features to the 4.3 branch -- and for
Fluid, this did not happen (as we introduced some minor breaking changes
in Fluid form 4.3 to 4.4).

I know that the patch I have posted solves this issue, I just want to
make sure that we catch all issues with it :)
