[TYPO3-mvc] RELATION_HAS_ONE and OPERATOR_NOT_EQUAL_TO

That's in there I think, in chapter 6 "Die Persistenzschicht einrichten".

Some parts of the book will be part of the reference manual, I just did
not get around to exactly define these parts and coordinate the creation
of the manual.
