[TYPO3-mvc] ColumnMap: relations to tables with key field other then the UID (f.e. static_countries)

I've got a first patch now for this which seems to work for me - but 
it's not final. Especially the persistence stuff needs to be checked in 
detail, because I fear that the UID is hardcoded quite often and it 
currently might run into errors when objects get changed in FE.
