[TYPO3-mvc] Paginate widget - more configuration

Sure, why not :-) For now, however, the widgets which are shipped with
Extbase should mainly show how the API can be used -- to serve as some
kind of "best practice". We now hope that some people step up the task
and create some high-quality paginator, autocompleter, .... using the
API we have created.
