[TYPO3-mvc] Feature request: Per partial, section caching

Hello

Problem:
I have one layout with a partial that performs heavies queries that 
almost never changes. Other parts of the layout used to change frequently.

Idea:
add a new attribute to the render cache="yes|no" and maybe the expiration 
time. This could work similar to the extension COA_GO


What do you think?
