[TYPO3-mvc] Validation in TCA and extbase

Absolutely! There is already a ticket for this for FLOW3:

I think we won't manage this for 4.3 anymore, as quite some
infrastructural changes need to be done for that I think. If somebody
wants to invest time in that, that'd of course be great, too :-)
