[TYPO3-mvc] FlexForm configuration cannot be retrieved anymore

Hi,

Since a few weeks (I did not have time to debug this before), I cannot access my plugin flexform configuration anymore from $this->settings (in an ActionController).

Did something change that I am not aware of?
