[TYPO3-mvc] Forwarding action without loosing request parameters

Acutally.. Shouldn't it be in the ActionController?
I know, it's like that in FLOW3 as well, but forward() and redirect() 
expect action and controller name as parameter - so it only makes sense 
for an action controller, no?
