[TYPO3-mvc] Upload images into local folder

Hi,

Now, I am working in frontend user and I want to upload the image into
my local folder as we upload in the backend user(add fe_user).

I want them to be uploaded into this default part of typo3 
("uploads/pics"), but I don't know how to use the function in extbase.

please, anyone could guys me the way to do this.
