[TYPO3-mvc] internal & external links in fluid template

Hey guys,

Im currently working on a news extension with the new extbase and I have 
the following problem:

In my database I have a field called Link for every newspost, this field 
can contain an external (http://xxx.xx) or an internal (pid) link. Is 
there a way to parse a link in fluid to generate an internal or external 
link (like a typolink).
