[TYPO3-mvc] Cache Problem: No automatic cache clearing

It's configured in the TSconfig of the SysFolder holding the Blog data:

-- snip 8< ----
TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd = 99
-- snip 8< ----

where 99 is the pid of the plugins page. It's diffcult to ship all 
possible TSconfig options with the BlogExample ;-)
