[TYPO3-mvc] [FYI] API Documentation

Hi everybody,

today I added @api annotations and removed all @internal annotations, 
and in the end generated a PHP API documentation with PHP_UML.

It can be found in SVN under Extbase/trunk/Documentation/API (Though I 
think this place might still change, but for now it is best to have the 
API distributed to all of you :-) )

Please don't hesitate to give some comments :-)
