in my case i get:
Tx_Fluid_Core_Parser_Exception: Not all tags were closed! in 
C:\xampp\htdocs\t3\home\typo3\ext\fluid\Classes\Core\Parser\TemplateParser.php 
on line 335

and this all the time using this formatter, even with empty inside!
