[TYPO3-shop] duplicate order

Hi,

I have a strange situation in one tt_products installation (T3 4.3.3 and 
tt_products 2.5.15). There are two orders with the same order number 
10047, but only one of them was saved in database and went to the shop 
admin email.

The "ghost" order never reached the shop admin and didn't get saved in 
database. But it did get into the orderer's email so the orderer thought 
everything was ok. This seems very odd, but it also seems to be true, 
since I got the confirmation email forwarded to me and it seems to be 
excactly right.

The orders were sent like this:
- 10046 29.5.2010 || OK
- 10047 5.6.2010 || THIS IS THE GHOST, not saved in db, not sent to 
admin but only to the orderer
- 10047 10.6.2010 || OK

What might cause this?
