[TYPO3-shop] Order confirmation email not sent to customer

Hello Franz,
I have checked if htmlmail is disabled and tried all available templates 
(example.._..de, finnish, swedisch, etc....) and the result is the same :-(
Maybe a problem is somewhere deeper in our typo instalation?? I have no 
idea.
