Depending on what you think is a country. If the USA are a country,
then the answer is clearly yes, as a lot of states have (very)
different taxation laws.

If you see the states as countries, then... well I don't now if it
gets this crude very often. Can happen, though. There exist free-trade
zones in some countries, e.g. in Latvija.

All those situations probably need to be handled in one shop sooner or
later. And this is even not bound to the question of diffreent rates
in one country - we are talking about the Internet, where shopping is
borderless :)
