[TYPO3-ttnews] Error with "new news" when I'm BE-User

Hi,

i have tested and deactivated many extensions to get the bug. Maybe i 
have the extension which make the problem:
For the Backend-User-Management i'm using the really nice extension be_acl.

If i create a Backend-User-Group with the "old" Access-Management i get 
no error :-|

Can somebody say me, why this extension produces this error?
