[TYPO3-ttnews] Items with more than category are multiple shown

Hi,

I'm using typo3 4.0.8 tt_news 2.5.0 mysql 4.1.22 php 4.4.7

I've got the problem that every news item that I created with more than one
category is shown multiple in the list view. Has anyone experienced
this problem, too?

I've already applied the "group by" patch by commenting the group by clause.
Has this something to do with my problem?
