[TYPO3-ttnews] dividers2tabs: possible improvement

Hi,

after enabling the dividers2tabs-feature (tt_news 2.4.0) on our german 
website, the second tab keeps it's english label: "Relations". It would 
be great to have a german label instead.

Possible solution: Replace the hardcoded String "Relations" in tca.php 
line 420 and further with a suitable LLL:EXT:path/to/file:name.label - 
placeholder.
