[TYPO3-templavoila] multidomain with localization

Hello,

I have a multidomain project with two none localzied sites and only one 
localized site. If the website language is placed in the root - page 
(single tree concept) in all 3 projects the localization tab is viewed. 
Is it possible to prevent this behaviour or must I manually exclude the 
localization - tab for the non localized sites 
(mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.tabList)?
