[TYPO3-templavoila] Content slide colPos and shortcut page

Hi there,
i have a strange problem and no idea where it comes from and how to fix it:

I created a shortcut page with several subpages, Content modules should slide on subpages in the right column.

Typoscript in ds is:

10 = CONTENT
10.table = tt_content
10.select.where = colPos=2
10.select.languageField = sys_language_uid
10.slide = -1
10.slide {
  collect = -1
  collectReverse = 1
}

also <oldStyleColumnNumber type="integer">2</oldStyleColumnNumber> is defined.

When creating the first content module everything is fine but when creating new content modules all existing
modules lost the colPos information...

In page properties content modules are displayed by default in the left column although each of it is assigned to colPos 2 (right col)

Normal pages working well... So is it a bug depending on combine shortcut pages with colPos and content slide?
