[TYPO3-templavoila] Can't Install Sample Pages During Wizard Set up

Please note: Pretty certain this is a server issue and not a Templavoila
issue.

For example I was not aware that Typo3 would not run in MYSQL Strict Mode.

How to turn it off if you have root access to the IIS/7.5....
