[TYPO3-templavoila] Saving Containers only possible when not collapsed

Situation:

I created a FCE containing a Section, having a Container. If I create 
several entries from this Container and I edit several of those the save 
function only works if the elements are not collapsed. Due to JavaScript 
timeout problems (unfortunately need an RTE in the elements) I used to 
collapse edited Items before editing others.

Is this a bug ?
