[TYPO3-templavoila] Rename mapped field

Hi Tolleiv,

the problem occurs e.g. if you have an existing page DS/TS and want to
migrate to templavoila_framework.
Then you theoretically need to remap all the CE's, but if you simply
rename the field from the old DS into the one from the new DS you won't
need to do this ;)

I will do the patch soon (as be module to the functions dialogue, as the
other tv modules)
