[TYPO3-templavoila] Define allowed FCEs for List of Content Elements

Hello TV-devs,

is it possible to define, which FCEs are allowed in a special content
column of a page or an FCE?

Otherwise it would be nice to make an FCE only appear if a special
pagelayout is selected ;)
