[TYPO3-templavoila] INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT inside of templavoila_framework skin

Hello Andi,

I use TYPO4.5dev and Templavoila 1.5.2 and Framework 1.2.1. The path
variable is available inside of typoscript_framework. If I make an
output of {$templavoila_framework.skinPath} it gives me the right
path, but the include doesnt work with the constant.
