[TYPO3-templavoila] Wizard without creating example pages

Hi,

well having this without any pages is not possible because there needs 
to be at least one sysfolder to hold the records ;)

But there's already something which might be what you're looking for - 
checkout the mod.web_txtemplavoilaM2.newTVsiteTemplate TSConfiguration 
and the new_tv_site.xml in the mod2 folder.
