[TYPO3-templavoila] TV framework bug: calling plugins 5 times per view

just discovered this annoying behaviour when developing an ExtBase ext  
with latest stuff (4.5, TV and TV fm)

see my post in typo3v4mvc list

for now i solved not using TV framework
