[TYPO3-templavoila] disable the TV typo3-dyntabmenu-tabs menu in the BE - on sysfolders

hello,
how is it possible to disable thhe "typo3-dyntabmenu-tabs" Menu (language -versioning - not used - 
extended) when i'm on a sysfolder ???
(otherwise it would be very risc to quick delete "not used" tt_content CEs stored on the sysfolder)
