[TYPO3-templavoila] Hiding empty Tags

Hi Frank,

here is an example:

10 = TEXT
10.current = 1
10.wrap = <div class="foo">|</div>
10.required = 1

You map the div as OUTER and then make the wrap inside the content 
object. It is only used if the current value is filled.
