[TYPO3-templavoila] Static and non-static DS?

someone else reported this behaviour, though i couldn't reproduce.

Anyway i will use a different approach in 1.5 - record based but with 
static ds, that means that only the xml will be taken from static file.
This allows different naming, remains scope and pid and other useful things.
