[TYPO3-templavoila] Framework: best way to change widths of the columns

Hi Daniel

You need to change the constants in TS of the template and also the CSS
values
Should work actually as we do this all the time.

You need to clear cache afterwards of course.

You can choose any width you like as the module and column elements get
calculated with the values you enter in TS. The design is still CSS.
