[TYPO3-templavoila] TemplaVoila in 4.4

Hi,

some of you might have seen the mookups, were TemplaVoila is adapting 
the 4.4 pagemodule style. These are no longer just mookups and 
practically I'm close to have a patch ready :)

But there are two things I'd love to get some more input about:
1) How should referenced icons look like ?
2) Some suggested alternating colors for nested icons - wouldn't this be 
just redundant "information" since the grey borders already indicate the 
nesting depth?
