[TYPO3-templavoila] sort problem in section

Hi list,

I am using 4.2.6 and TV 1.3.7. In an FCE, when sorting an element inside 
a section, the changes are not saved to the database (sorting itself 
with drag n drop works ok). When deleting an element, this is not saved 
as well. For testing purposes, the section container only contains one 
simple textfield.

I've googled and searched the bugtracker, but there is only the resolved 
bug concerning drag and drop not workin. Has anyone experienced such a 
behaviour?
