[TYPO3-templavoila] howto: Localized CE's

ellou' TV list!

I probably missed something in my config, and I can't figure out what's 
that. I've got implementation of TV in 3 languages and all TS elements 
are localized (plugins, TS-included parts, etc.) but not CE's they still 
in default language...

Where did I make a mistake?
