I also didn't really know how to use LOAD_REGISTER before this. Got a 
feeling that LOAD_REGISTER could be useful for what I wanted to obtain.

Instead of just adding some CSS directly on the page, you could use this 
to control which stylesheets are included...
I guess there are many possibilities...
